The Portsmouth News Annual Business Excellence Awards are held to recognise the excellence in performance of local businesses both small and large from the Hampshire region.
Douglas Stafford are proud to have been selected as finalists in the Portsmouth News Business Excellence Awards. The Douglas Stafford Team were finalists in the category for “Innovation of the Year” for the successful development and implementation of video streaming facilities, providing all of its wide ranging client base the ability to log on and stream their Video Mystery Shopping recordings from their own dedicated Mystery Shopping results website. Douglas Stafford are the first Mystery Shopping consultancy in the UK to be able to offer this unique service and as well as providing a more flexible platform for its client base to receive their Mystery Shopping products, Douglas Stafford are also able to make significant reductions in its Carbon Footprint by introducing this technology, reducing the need for the production and postage of DVDs and in turn being able to make significant efficiency savings that can be passed on to its clients in the form of a reduction in costs for its products and services.
