1000 Lakeside Is Top Choice For Performance Improvement Company

Highcross has attracted performance improvement company, Douglas Stafford, to its 1000 Lakeside North Harbour office scheme in Portsmouth.
The company, which provides training, development and management consultancy services for major corporate clients, has taken 3,635 sq ft on the ground floor of 1000 Lakeside on a ten-year lease.
Douglas Stafford is relocating from offices in central Portsmouth. Managing director, Nigel Cook says 1000 Lakeside’s location was the main attraction: “We wanted to find a location which would be easy for our clients to access and have plenty of parking. 1000 Lakeside also offered a visually impressive building, with the right space and facilities for our needs.”
Douglas Stafford employs more than sixty staff in Portsmouth, plus national field research and training teams. A market leader in mystery shopping and performance evaluation, the company also provides training, video production and market research services.
Highcross director, Nick Turner comments: “1000 Lakeside’s excellent motorway access and spectacular art-filled atrium are continuing to be a big draw for companies who want flexible, affordable office space in a prestigious setting.”
Located adjacent to Junction 12 of the M27 at the gateway to Portsmouth, the air-conditioned, four-floor 1000 Lakeside office building is set in extensively landscaped grounds and has almost 1,000 car parking spaces. Office space is available from 2,000 sq ft to 72,000 sq ft, with a Regus business centre also located on site for companies requiring smaller accommodation.
